We raise our animals in a stress-free environment and they are some of the friendliest ones around because of the daily hands-on interaction! It is a known fact that animals raised this way produce a better quality product in the end.

Grass Fed Grain Finished
Our cows are grass fed out on pasture throughout the summer, and then during the coldest part of the winter they are fed a high quality hay and oats. They are naturally aged for 21 days before being carved by our local butcher, then vacuum sealed for a product that has a long freezer life without losing its quality.
